Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Sales or Subscription.
• 3-5 Years in Data Engineering / Data Analytics / Data Science or related field.
• Data governance: Unity Catalog and governed Lakehouse to deliver a single source of truth.
• Databricks: Hands-on Databricks experience (Databricks SQL / Spark).
• Data Ingestion & Orchestration: automated ingestion with Azure Data Factory (ADF) into Databricks, monitoring and error handling.
• Source reality: automated ingestion from semi-structured sources (Excel, email feeds).
• Data Visualization: dashboards on Databricks Visualizer; Power BI required; Databricks Genie for NLP Q&A.
• AI Integration: implement AI/agent-based solutions and KPI-risk alerts.
• Data Modeling & Integration: models, relationships, hierarchies, calculated measures.
• SQL proficiency; query large datasets.
• Data Preparation: transformation for reporting accuracy; Python/R a plus.
• Reporting Automation: automate refresh schedules, pipelines, alerts.
• Statistical & Analytical Skills: KPIs, forecasting, trend detection; predictive modeling a plus.

Responsibilities

• Unify existing sales reports into a single view across the end-to-end funnel.
• Improve sales performance by identifying conversion gaps and inventory inefficiencies.
• Establish standardized KPIs and AI-driven insights for proactive sales management.
• Create a unified semantic layer on Databricks Visualizer for consistent reporting.
• Enhance reports with drilldowns and multi-dimensional analysis.
• Design, implement and own the Genie-based agent layer for Q&A and diagnostics.
• Ingest data using Azure Data Factory into Databricks and monitor data flows.
• Model data to track KPIs across traffic, delivery, sales conversion and inventory.
• Develop interactive dashboards for operations and leadership summaries.
• Perform trend, predictive and segmentation analyses across the funnel.
