Northern Trust is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to support daily accounting operations in our Manila office. The role involves reconciliations, posting journal entries, and assisting with AP/AR activities, audits, and variance analyses to ensure accurate financial records.
Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s or associate degree in accounting/finance, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounting Specialist to support daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records. The successful candidate will perform account reconciliations, prepare balancing reports, post accounting entries, process invoices, support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, and assist with audit and variance analysis requirements.
