Grant Thornton seeks a driven professional with Financial Services Regulatory Compliance expertise to join the Advisory BRS leadership in Dublin. You will lead cross‑functional teams, deliver regulatory reviews, interpret complex rules, and work on international client assignments across banking, asset management, and crypto sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Services Regulatory Compliance (including Financial Crime).
• Risk and compliance roles within regulators or financial institutions, or consultancy.
• Ability to lead and manage teams in a dynamic environment.
• Strong written and oral communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of international regulatory landscapes including Ireland.
• CAMS or ACOI certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key team member on projects with multiple deliverables and client interactions.
• Provide technical regulatory expertise and support senior defence lines on mandated reviews.
• Interpret and implement applicable regulations across projects.
• Plan and manage projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Review client documentation for regulatory conformity.
• Collaborate with client senior management up to board level.
• Prepare detailed reports and professional recommendations.
• Contribute to business development and proposals for new work.
• Engage in cross‑office and international assignments as needed.
