Job summary

NZAB is seeking a Senior AI Solutions Architect/CTO-like leader to bridge architecture, delivery and AI-native development. You will shape CRM/BI product architecture, design metadata-driven data structures, and drive secure, multi-tenant SaaS patterns while hands-on coding in early stages.

You will work with leadership to define the technical roadmap, review AI-generated code, and set engineering standards.

• Understand and contribute to the CRM and BI product architecture.
• Work with leadership to shape the technical roadmap.
• Translate product requirements into secure, scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
• Use AI coding tools to accelerate delivery.
• Personally contribute to development where required in early stages.
• Review AI-generated code before production.
• Protect multi-tenant architecture integrity (tenant isolation, RBAC, data security, auditability).
• Define coding standards, architecture decision records, delivery patterns, and AI workflows.
• Support sprint planning by breaking initiatives into work packages.
• Assist interview and assessment of future AI developers and QA resources.
• Act as a trusted technical counterpart to leadership.
