Job summary

NCS Philippines, a leading AI tech services company, is seeking a senior Data & AI Architect / Domain Lead with hands-on delivery, presales and client-facing leadership experience. You will shape end-to-end data and AI solutions and guide architecture across multiple domains.

The role requires strong executive communication, hands-on architectural work, and the ability to drive proposals and client engagements with senior leadership. This position is based in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Data, Analytics and/or AI, with strong architecture and hands-on technical experience.
• Prior experience with a Big 4 or major consulting firm, preferably in a client-facing Data & AI leadership/SME role.
• Strong presales track record — able to demonstrate opportunities personally shaped, solutioned and supported through closure, including measurable revenue / sales value generated.
• Experience leading Data Engineering and/or AI/ML solutions, with sufficient technical depth to challenge and guide engineering and data science teams.
• Able to develop end-to-end enterprise architecture across the 7 TOGAF architecture layers/views, translating business requirements into target-state architecture, solution components, integration patterns and implementation roadmaps.
• Exposure to Enterprise Architecture, preferably TOGAF certified or equivalent architecture certification.
• Strong understanding of modern Data & AI platforms, including data engineering, lakehouse/data platforms, integration, governance, analytics, machine learning and AI.
• Very hands-on — expected to personally develop architectures, solution designs, proposals, estimates, technical responses and client deliverables rather than only managing teams.
• Excellent C-suite communication and presentation skills, including the ability to independently produce high-quality executive PowerPoint decks, architecture diagrams, proposals and client deliverables.
• Comfortable operating across both presales and project delivery as the Data & Analytics domain lead / SME.
