Job summary

WTW is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to partner with IT leadership, translating complex business needs into scalable, production-grade AI architectures across pro-code Azure solutions and low-code platforms. You will drive MVP scoping, architecture governance, observability, and developer guidance while modernizing LangChain/LangGraph pipelines and RAG systems.

Proven ability to translate complex business needs into scalable AI/architectural solutions.
Experience designing cloud-native, enterprise-scale applications for AI workloads.
Strong emphasis on governance, security, and observability in AI systems.

Responsibilities

Engage with internal clients to discover use cases and define MVP scope.
Own end-to-end architectures for pro-code Azure apps, low-code Power Platform, and AI platforms.
Lead design of multi-agent AI frameworks, RAG systems, and observability strategies.
Modernize LangChain/LangGraph pipelines and ML assets toward production-grade architecture.
Define backend APIs, integrations, and enterprise connectors aligned with M365, ERP, and HR systems.
Embed observability: logging, tracing, evaluation, monitoring for AI systems.
