Job summary

WTW is seeking an AI Automation Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered agents using low-code platforms like Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform. You will write and refine prompts to steer LLMs, integrate AI capabilities into business workflows, and collaborate with a global team to improve automation across processes.

The role requires hands-on experience with AI tools, agents, andLangChain, plus strong English communication.

Qualifications

Academic degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Management, or a related field.
Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Experience with AI tools, agents, prompt engineering, and low-code/no-code AI ecosystems.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Lyzr, LangChain, or similar LLM tooling; familiarity with prompt engineering techniques.

Responsibilities

Design, build and deploy AI-powered agents using low-code platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
Write, test, and iterate prompts to guide LLM behaviour accurately.
Integrate AI capabilities into business processes and automate tasks with AI-driven decisions.
Collaborate with global teams of analysts, architects, and developers; document configurations and flows.
