Qualifications

• Master’s degree in CS, Engineering, Math, Statistics, or related field.
• 8+ years in Software Eng, Data Science, or Analytics with 8+ years in AI/ML and last 3 years on Generative AI technologies.
• Hands-on AI experience and driving innovative AI/ML solutions.
• Experience with ML frameworks (TF, PyTorch, Keras, scikit-learn).
• Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• DevOps/CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience leading AI/ML teams and projects end-to-end.
• Deep expertise in Modern software engineering, Agile, and DevSecOps.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI/ML strategies across healthcare domains.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI/ML initiatives.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders and partners; represent Consumer Engineering.
• Lead and mentor staff to ensure quality KPIs.
• Drive Generative AI initiatives and responsible AI practices.
• Keep hands-on, continuously learn new AI approaches and frameworks.
• Ensure scalable, high-quality code and end-to-end delivery.
