Job summary

Henkel seeks a Senior AI Engineer - Cyber Risk & Compliance Platform to lead and evolve a strategic, AI-driven GRC system across IT and OT. You will design architecture, develop AI-enabled software, and integrate with enterprise tools while ensuring steady operations and continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in enterprise software, hands-on AI tooling, and strong data/API skills, with a flexible hybrid work setup in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of enterprise software engineering or solution architecture experience.
• Hands-on AI coding tools experience with prompt engineering.
• Strong data modeling, API design, and system integration skills.
• DevOps mindset; experience in GRC, cybersecurity risk, or compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across global teams.
• Willing to work mid-shift PH time (1:00 PM–10:00 PM) in hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Cyber Risk & Compliance platform, making it stable, scalable, enterprise-ready.
• Design and implement solution architecture across IT and OT environments.
• Develop AI-enabled software using agentic AI and prompt engineering.
• Integrate with CMDB, IAM, security tools, and OT systems.
• Ensure reliable day-to-day operation of the GRC solution and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with a small engineering team to translate complex topics for senior stakeholders.
