EveryWatch seeks a Senior AI Engineer, Agents — an Agent Architect who will design, build, and scale AI-powered solutions across EveryWatch. You’ll identify where AI can automate complex workflows and turn ideas into production-ready agents.

You’ll be hands-on, crafting architecture, writing code, and expanding WatchChat with memory and multi-turn state, while balancing cost and latency to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• 6+ years shipping production software, including 2+ on LLM systems used by real users.
• Real agentic depth: ReAct loops, tool/function calling, planners, memory, checkpointing, HITL, streaming.

Responsibilities

• Invent the agent roadmap with cross-functional teams and assess feasibility, cost and impact.
• Build the agents hands-on: architecture, code, memory, sub-agents, evaluation.
