Job summary

EveryWatch is recruiting a Senior AI Engineer, Agents to design, build, and scale AI-powered solutions across our data-driven watch marketplace. You will own the agent platform, define feasibility, and push from idea to production with a hands-on approach.

You will work closely with engineering, product, sales, and data teams to identify opportunities where AI can automate complex processes, improve decisions, and create new capabilities for collectors, dealers, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years shipping production software, of which 2+ on LLM systems that real users touched.
• Hands-on LangGraph and tracing/observability stack such as LangSmith or Langfuse.
• Python in production with FastAPI and async processing.
• Experience with RAG, retrieval, re-ranking and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Invent the agent roadmap by aligning with sales, data and product teams.
• Build and deploy AI agents, including architecture, code, memory and evaluation.
• Own the agent platform with reusable components over data and backend.
• Harden WatchChat with multi-turn state, memory, latency, and cost controls.
• Define measurable quality with data sets and verifiers; ensure agent correctness.
• Balance cost and latency with models and fine-tuning strategies.
