Job summary

Sprout Solutions is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and deploy intelligent systems powering our products. You will work with senior engineers to implement agentic workflows, orchestration pipelines, and model integrations using LangChain, LangGraph, and related tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in AI engineering or related fields.
• Hands-on experience building or deploying AI agents and workflows.
• Proficient Python, FastAPI, version control, testing, CI/CD.
• Experience with API integration (REST, gRPC, GraphQL).
• Understanding ML concepts: fine-tuning, embeddings, RAG.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to AI agents and workflow-based systems that autonomously perform reasoning and decision-making tasks.
• Implement and maintain AI workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar.
• Integrate agents with internal/external APIs, databases, and tools for automation and retrieval.
• Develop and maintain API wrappers/connectors for enterprise systems.
• Collaborate to modernize and document APIs for AI interoperability, observability, security.
• Support MCP or similar standards for agent-system interaction.
• Fine-tune/adapt custom ML models and deploy in the agentic pipeline.
• Support AI-centric DevOps/MLOps workflows, including CI/CD for model services.
