Thumbtack in the Philippines is seeking a Sr. Automation & Process Specialist to lead the service experience transformation.

You will own end-to-end automation initiatives, design future-state workflows, and partner with QA, Analytics, and Data Science to drive measurable impact. You will leverage AI tools, simplify complex processes, and build scalable solutions that raise speed, quality, and efficiency across frontline operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in service operations or continuous improvement.
• Experience leading 0 to 1 initiatives.
• Strong process thinking to simplify complex systems.
• Experience with AI- or automation-enhanced service environments.
• Skilled at discovery sessions and cross-functional problem solving.
• Analytical and strategic skills linking CX outcomes with operations/finance.
• Passion for building scalable systems that redefine tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and lead 0 to 1 initiatives that create new processes or reinvent existing ones.
• Design and execute future-state workflows combining policy, process and automation.
• Own end-to-end delivery of automation initiatives from discovery to launch.
• Leverage AI tools and automation platforms to improve speed, consistency and scalability.
• Collaborate with QA, Analytics, Data Science and frontline teams to validate opportunities.
• Coordinate with Business Applications to align designs with business goals.
• Track metrics, document learnings and build playbooks for ongoing innovation.
