Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in a relevant field of study.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or Data Engineering.
• Strong SQL skills are required, complemented by experience in other languages (Python, Spark) in data analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and must be comfortable with analysis of quantitative data.
• Good structural thinker and detail oriented.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across various divisions.
• Satisfactory understanding in English.
• Self-driven with willingness to learn and improve.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work in a fast-paced and growth changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze internal and external data with SQL, Python, and Excel.
• Apply structured framework to estimate information and deliver original insights using AI-driven synthesis.
• Improve estimation and forecast solutions by challenging assumptions and quantifying uncertainty.
• Translate complex data analysis into accessible business-focused reports and recommendations.
• Present results to management on a regular basis.
• Serve as in-house AI & Data consultant advising on AI tool adoption for business problems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build analytics capabilities.
• Maintain data pipelines, dashboards, and AI-powered automations to streamline tasks and ensure data integrity.
