Job summary

Smartly is building an AI-powered transformation engine to automate operations across its global organization. As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will partner with the AI Transformation team to productize automation prototypes and integrate new tools into internal business processes.

You will own the backend with TypeScript and NodeJS, manage Google Cloud Platform infrastructure, and create APIs that connect Salesforce, Slack, BigQuery, and data warehouses to AI agents.

Qualifications

• Proficient in TypeScript/NodeJS, with experience building internal tools and microservices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with AI Transformation team to productize AI and automation prototypes.
• Orchestrate internal automations across teams using API-based and agentic workflows.
• Modernize internal systems with AI-driven agents and conventional automations.
• Own and extend the internal microservices backend (TypeScript/NodeJS).
• Manage and optimize Google Cloud infrastructure for performance and security.
• Build service integrations with Salesforce, Slack, BigQuery, and data warehouses.
