Job summary

Lingaro is seeking a seasoned Data & AI presales leader to drive AI strategy and advisory engagements for large enterprise opportunities in a global context. You will lead solution design, RFP responses and account-growth initiatives alongside a team of data scientists and AI architects.

You will bridge business needs with technical delivery, mentoring teams and shaping Lingaro’s AI offerings while maintaining high client satisfaction and successful outcomes across Azure, GCP and AWS ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Data, Analytics, AI, software consulting, solution architecture or technical presales.

Responsibilities

• Lead Data, Analytics, AI and GenAI solutioning for strategic sales opportunities.
• Support opportunity qualification and discovery workshops with customers.
• Translate business problems into scalable technology and delivery solutions.
• Lead technical responses for RFPs, RFIs.
• Collaborate with sales teams in developing account growth strategies.
• Represent Lingaro during customer workshops, executive presentations, architecture reviews and due diligence sessions.
• Coordinate contributions from SMEs, architects, engineers and consultants into a coherent customer solution.
• Design end-to-end AI architectures for AI/ML, GenAI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Define technology choices, delivery approaches, operating models and implementation roadmaps.
• Mentor delivery teams on architecture best practices and emerging technologies.
• Contribute to reusable frameworks, accelerators, demos and reference architectures.
• Support development of Lingaro's Data & AI offerings and value propositions.
• Build thought leadership content and customer success stories.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings and emerging technologies.

As part of the DS/AI Consulting & Advisory team, you will combine expertise in AI delivery and consulting with a passion for innovation to help shape Lingaro’s AI strategy, service offerings, and business growth. Working alongside a team of highly skilled Data Scientists and AI Architects, you will drive AI adoption by identifying high-value use cases, leading proof‑of‑concept initiatives, and supporting the successful launch and scaling of AI solutions. This role balances strategic leadership and hands on technical execution, with responsibilities spanning business development, presales, solution design, technology research, thought leadership, and client‑facing AI advisory and delivery engagements.

What Youll Be Doing:

Data & AI Presales Leadership

• Lead Data, Analytics, AI and GenAI solutioning activities for strategic sales opportunities.

• Support opportunity qualification and discovery workshops with customers.

• Translate business problems into scalable technology and delivery solutions.

• Lead technical responses for RFPs, RFIs.

• Collaborate with sales teams in developing account growth strategies and opportunity pursuits.

• Represent Lingaro during customer workshops, executive presentations, architecture reviews and due diligence sessions.

• Coordinate contributions from SMEs, architects, engineers and consultants into a coherent customer solution.

Solution Architecture

• Design end-to-end AI architectures for AI/ML, GenAI and Agentic AI solutions.

• Define technology choices, delivery approaches, operating models and implementation roadmaps.

• Evaluate business requirements, technical constraints and investment priorities.

• Provide architecture leadership across Azure, GCP, Databricks and open-source ecosystems.

Industry & Domain Expertise

• Help customers identify and prioritize high-value AI and Analytics use cases.

• Advise customers on transformation opportunities in:

• Translate business KPIs into measurable Data & AI initiatives.

Delivery & Technical Leadership

• Participate in strategic customer projects as Solution Architect, AI Advisor or Technical Lead.

• Support project teams during discovery, architecture design and critical delivery phases.

• Mentor delivery teams on architecture best practices and emerging technologies.

• Contribute to reusable frameworks, accelerators, demos and reference architectures.

Practice Development

• Support development of Lingaros Data & AI offerings and value propositions.

• Build thought leadership content and customer success stories.

• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings and emerging technologies.

What Were Looking For:

• 8+ years of experience in Data, Analytics, AI, software consulting, solution architecture or technical presales.

• Strong presales experience in Data & AI services organizations.

• Proven track record supporting complex sales opportunities and winning consulting or technology engagements.

• Experience leading technical workstreams during RFP, RFI and proposal processes.

• Strong solution architecture skills and ability to design large-scale enterprise solutions.

• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform:

• Microsoft Azure

• Google Cloud Platform

• AWS

• Practical experience with Databricks or modern data platform technologies.

• Understanding of modern AI landscape including:

• Machine Learning

• LLMs and Generative AI

• Multi-Agent Systems

• Knowledge Management

• MLOps / LLMOps

• Ability to connect business requirements with technical implementation approaches.

• Excellent workshop facilitation, presentation and storytelling skills.

• Fluent English (C1).
