Job summary

Offshore Outsource Operations, Inc. in Ortigas Centre, Pasig City, Philippines, is seeking a Senior Agentic AI / IT Developer to lead design and delivery of Agentic AI and automation solutions for Australian clients in fire protection and emergency services.

You will own complex projects end-to-end in a collaborative, office-based environment, shaping innovative tools and systems that improve operations and drive impact for our clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven, senior-level experience in software development.
• Experience with Agentic AI systems and autonomous agents.
• Web development knowledge (front-end and/or back-end).
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and REST APIs.
• Ability to work independently and communicate with remote stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Agentic AI solutions and automation tools for Australian clients.
• Build AI systems with autonomous agents that plan, reason and act to solve real business problems.

Are you a highly experienced, senior-level developer with a deep passion for Agentic AI, automation and building tools that make a real difference? Offshore Outsource Operations is looking for two talented Senior Agentic AI / IT Developers to join our growing team in Ortigas Centre, supporting our Australian clients in the fire protection and emergency services industry.

In this senior role, you will lead the design and delivery of Agentic AI and automation solutions, taking ownership of complex projects end-to-end — all from a collaborative, energetic office environment with a team that genuinely values your expertise.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop and maintain Agentic AI solutions, AI-powered tools, automation scripts and internal systems that support our Australian clients’ operations.

• Build Agentic AI systems and autonomous agents that can independently plan, reason and take action to solve real business problems.

• Build and integrate APIs, dashboards and workflow automation tools to improve efficiency across teams.

• Develop and maintain web-based applications and internal platforms used by our operations team.

• Support the implementation of AI solutions including document processing, data extraction, reporting automation and communication tools.

• Collaborate with Australian-based managers and the local OOO team to understand requirements and deliver high-quality technical solutions.

• Troubleshoot technical issues, maintain system integrity and provide ongoing IT support as required.

• Stay current with emerging AI tools and technologies and proactively recommend improvements.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of proven, senior-level experience in software development (Python, JavaScript, or similar).

• Demonstrated senior-level experience building Agentic AI systems and autonomous agents, with deep knowledge of AI tools and frameworks (e.g. OpenAI, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, n8n or similar).

• Solid understanding of web development fundamentals — front-end and/or back-end.

• Experience working with databases (SQL or NoSQL) and REST APIs.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a genuine interest in using technology to improve how businesses operate.

• Ability to work independently, manage your own workload and communicate clearly with remote stakeholders.

• Experience working with Australian clients or in a BPO environment is a plus.
