Access Offshoring is seeking an AI Automation Specialist to design, implement, and optimise AI-powered systems that improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and support scalable growth across the business.

You will identify automation opportunities, build and maintain workflows, integrate platforms, and continuously improve AI usage, while staying compliant with data security and privacy standards. This is a 100% remote role with Australian clients and aligned working hours.

Qualifications

2+ years' experience in AI automation or digital operations.
Strong knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini.
Experience with Make, Zapier, n8n, Power Automate.
Understanding APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
Experience integrating SaaS platforms and CRMs.
Ability to translate business requirements into automation.
Knowledge of AI prompts and AI-powered workflows.
Basic to intermediate scripting (JS, Python) desirable.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.

Requirements

Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to identify opportunities for automation.
Experience creating effective AI prompts and AI-powered workflows.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of JavaScript, Python, or other scripting languages is highly desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to troubleshooting.
Ability to translate non-technical business requirements into practical automation solutions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to building reliable, scalable workflows.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
