Job summary

Offshore Outsource Operations, Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant with Australian accounts experience to join our finance team in Pasig.

You will manage end-to-end bank reconciliations, supplier invoices, and payroll support across AU and PH entities, driving accurate month-end closes and insightful financial reporting. CPA is a plus; strong English communication and teamwork are essential as you mentor junior staff and ensure compliance with AU tax requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or a related field).
• 4+ years' accounting experience, ideally with Australian exposure.
• Understanding of AU tax laws, BAS, PAYG and GST compliance.
• Exceptional attention to detail, focus and integrity.
• Strong English communication skills — both written and verbal.
• Teamwork with a helping hand and a smile to match.
• Note: PH CPA or progress toward AU CPA is a plus, but not a requirement for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with our AU Finance team on month-end and year-end closes.

• Assist with audits, compliance and statutory reporting.Uphold internal controls and continuously improve our financial processes.
• Mentor and support junior members of the finance team.
• Be the reliable, steady presence the whole team counts on.
