Job summary

Offshore Outsource Operations, Inc. in Pasig City seeks a Junior Accountant to support Australian accounts. This early-career role offers hands-on experience in bank reconciliations, AP/AR processing and month-end activities within AU and PH entities.

You will work onsite in Ortigas Centre, align with Australian business hours, be mentored by senior accountants and benefit from training and performance bonuses. A Bachelor’s in Accounting plus 1–2 years’ experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 1–2 years' accounting experience preferred; strong graduates welcome.
• Exposure to Australian accounts is highly regarded.
• Exceptional attention to detail, focus and integrity.
• Strong English communication skills — both written and verbal.
• A collaborative, team-focused attitude and genuine desire to grow in the profession.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end bank reconciliations and keep ledgers accurate and up-to-date.
• Process supplier invoices, payments and expenses across AU and PH entities.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions with accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist the AU Finance team with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Help prepare P&L and balance sheet schedules and reports.
• Support audit, compliance and statutory reporting activities.
• Maintain internal controls and contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes.
• Be a reliable, steady and positive presence the whole team can count on.
