INSPI Philippine Venture Merchandise Corp. seeks a Senior Affiliate Officer to drive growth of our skincare affiliate program. You will recruit affiliates, nurture relationships, monitor activity, and ensure program compliance while analyzing ROI and traffic trends to guide strategic improvements.

You will collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to update creatives and promotions, supporting profitable program expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to study competitors and track affiliate performance.
• Familiarity with affiliate platforms, tracking tools, or performance marketing is a plus.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple affiliates and projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work collaboratively with marketing, sales, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit potential affiliates and influencers to join the program.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates.
• Communicate regularly with affiliates to ensure alignment, engagement, and support
• Respond to affiliate inquiries via email, chat, or affiliate platforms.
• Monitor affiliate activity and performance (conversions, sales, orders).
• Track affiliate performance metrics and prepare detailed performance reports for management.
• Analyze traffic trends, campaign performance, and evaluate ROI.
• Plan and support upcoming affiliate campaigns or promotions.
• Ensure promotional materials (links, banners, creatives) are updated and functioning properly.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to share new content, creatives, and offers.
• Review performance reports to identify top performers and areas for improvement
• Check compliance with affiliate program terms and conduct program audits.
• Monitor competitor affiliate programs and provide strategic recommendations.
• Perform free sample checking and support overall program growth and profitability.
