Your role will involve recruiting and negotiating with high-performing affiliate partners across the US while developing scalable commission structures to ensure long-term ROI.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record in enhancing affiliate revenue. This is a unique opportunity to have direct impact on DrHouse's growth strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in affiliate or partnership marketing in a senior or lead role.
• Proven experience scaling affiliate revenue in the US market.
• Strong understanding of performance acquisition, attribution, and partner economics.
• Experience managing high-volume affiliate programs and strategic partnerships.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale DrHouse’s affiliate and partnership growth efforts.
• Recruit, negotiate, and grow high-performing affiliate partnerships across the US market.
• Analyze partner performance, CAC, LTV, retention, and overall channel profitability.
• Continuously optimize campaigns, funnels, offers, and conversion performance.
