Job summary

Concentrix is seeking an Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) Customer Engineer to advise enterprise customers on identity modernization, federation services, and secure hybrid identities. You will lead migrations, configure federation components, and partner with security teams to implement best practices.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting, customer-facing advisory work, and hands-on guidance across on-premises AD, ADFS, and Entra ID modernization efforts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Active Directory and ADFS environments.
• Expertise in ADFS migrations, upgrades, and modernization initiatives.
• Experience delivering enterprise identity or hybrid identity projects.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with customers in a consulting, advisory, or support role.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, configure, and support ADFS environments.
• Lead upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives to Entra ID.
• Configure claims-based authentication, policies, and MFA integrations.
• Troubleshoot authentication, federation, certificate, and identity sync issues.
• Support AD architecture, trust relationships, and Entra Connect sync.
• Improve identity security posture by remediating findings and implementing best practices.
• Collaborate with customer infrastructure, security, and architecture teams.
• Provide technical guidance, knowledge transfer, and readiness support.
