Job summary

Deltek seeks an experienced Identity & Access Management specialist to own Entra ID and on‑prem AD administration, with a focus on governance, MFA, and Zero Trust. You will design policies, manage access control, and drive automation using PowerShell and AI tools, collaborating with security and IT teams across the enterprise.

The role emphasizes incident response, problem management, and on‑call duties, leveraging ITSM platforms to meet SLAs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise Microsoft identity environments (Entra ID/Azure AD, AD, M365).
• Advanced troubleshooting across identity, authentication, and access management.
• Strong understanding of directory services, group policy, DNS, and access control models (RBAC, least privilege).
• Proficient automation & scripting with PowerShell and AI-assisted tooling, including Microsoft Graph API/SDK.
• Experience designing or administering Conditional Access, MFA, and identity protection controls.

Responsibilities

• Own design, administration, and continuous improvement of Entra ID and Active Directory.
• Design and manage group policies, MFA, and authentication controls; lead troubleshooting of identity issues.
• Drive access provisioning, identity governance, including RBAC, least privilege, and attestation campaigns.
• Contribute to SoD analysis, audit readiness, and access attestation processes.
• Partner with security teams to advance Zero Trust and compliance controls; act as IAM SME in cross-functional discussions.
• Assist onboarding of Saviynt as the IGA platform and evolve governance workflows.
