Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3–5 years of accounting or financial reporting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Experience in manufacturing, retail, or services is an advantage.
Strong understanding of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and tax regulations.
Proficient in accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks, Excel).
Good knowledge of internal controls and audit procedures.
Ability to supervise and manage a team effectively.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in financial reporting.
