Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong accounting experience with payables, inventory, tax compliance, and general accounting.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, internal controls, and statutory requirements.
• Experience with accounting software or ERP systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office apps.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Post and monitor Accounts Payable transactions including invoices.
• Review and process monthly employees' reimbursements.
• Review invoices for completeness, accuracy, and authorization.
• Perform vendor statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain inventory accounting records and perform reconciliations.
• Monitor inventory movements and related entries.
• Prepare and maintain tax schedules and records.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare accounting schedules and reports for Finance Manager.
• Support audits with accurate documentation.
