Job summary

Aprio, LLP is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager for its Client Accounting Services—Restaurant, Franchise and Hospitality (CAAS) team. You will collaborate with US stakeholders, lead offshore operations, and drive automation while managing multiple client engagements across entities.

The role demands 10+ years in US accounting with leadership experience, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to mentor managers and teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive US accounting experience with 3–5 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience managing multiple clients in a multi-entity environment, preferably in professional services.
Experience with accounting platforms such as Bill.com and Factura.ai; QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, NetSuite a plus.
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams, including Managers and Team Leads.
Strong budgeting, forecasting, profitability management, and resource utilization skills.
Proven track record driving process improvements, automation, and system/workflow enhancements.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with US stakeholders to align offshore delivery with firm-wide goals.
Champion technology adoption, automation, and process improvements.
Oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality work delivery across teams.
Ensure standardized reporting and product delivery procedures with CAAS operations.
Maintain SLAs and governance of operational processes.
Lead change management and governance of workflows.
Develop and maintain operational metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools.
Optimize offshore team efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage documentation, training materials, and project resources.
Monitor timelines, allocate resources, and adjust plans to meet deadlines.
Communicate updates and risks clearly to teams and leadership.
Implement policies to improve efficiency and consistency.
Plan capacity and workforce utilization across teams.
Serve as escalation point for service issues.
