Aprio, a nationally recognized CPA and advisory firm, seeks a Senior Accounting Manager to lead CAAS operations from the Philippines. You will collaborate with US stakeholders, drive automation, and optimize offshore delivery while mentoring managers and teams in a hybrid setup.

The role emphasizes governance, reporting, and profitability awareness, with growth opportunities in a fast-growing professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, CPA or equivalent preferred.
• 10+ years in US accounting with 3–5 years in leadership managing managers and engagements.
• Experience multi-entity multi-industry in professional services.
• Strong knowledge of Bill.com and Factura.ai; QBO, Sage Intacct, NetSuite a plus.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting, and managing engagement profitability.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with US stakeholders to align offshore delivery with firm goals.
• Champion automation and process improvement initiatives.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality work across teams.
• Define metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Lead change management and governance of processes.
• Monitor timelines, allocate resources, and meet deadlines.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR on hiring and org design.
• Represent the CAAS group in leadership meetings and cross-functional initiatives.
