Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. on-site Cavite seeks an experienced accounting leader to oversee daily operations, prepare financial statements, ensure GAAP compliance, and manage month-end and year-end closes.

You will coordinate audits, develop policies, and mentor the accounting team. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 5+ years of accounting experience, and 2+ years in a managerial role, with strong Excel and accounting software skills and excellent

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
