Dempsey Resource Management Inc. in Metro Manila seeks an accounting professional to record daily transactions, maintain the general ledger, and ensure accurate bookkeeping within our accounting system.

You will handle accounts payable and receivable, banking and cash management, prepare financial statements, manage tax compliance with BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, assist budgeting and costing, support audits, and keep organized vouchers and records.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• CPA license is a plus but not always required for staff-level roles.
• 1-3 years experience in accounting/finance.
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Knowledge of BIR tax forms and government compliance.
• Understanding of GAAP/PFRS, basic tax laws, and financial reporting standards.
• High attention to detail, integrity with confidential data, strong analytical and organizational skills, good communication.

Mansioni

• Record daily transactions, maintain general ledger, and ensure accurate bookkeeping in the accounting system.
• Process supplier invoices, monitor customer billings and collections, and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Prepare bank reconciliations, monitor cash flow, process payments, and handle petty cash.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Compute and file government reports for BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG. Ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Assist in preparing budgets, track variances, and support cost analysis for projects/departments.
• Provide documents and schedules for internal and external audits.
• Maintain organized files of vouchers, receipts, contracts, and other financial records.
