Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a senior accountant with 5–8 years of relevant experience for an on-site role in Pasig.

You will oversee timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, review journal entries, and coordinate with external auditors.

The candidate should have a degree in Accountancy/Finance (CPA preferred), strong Excel skills, and deep knowledge of tax laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for submission to Management.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Ensure proper month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Coordinate with external auditors for annual audit and financial statements.
• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
• Perform variance analysis and provide insights to management.
• Analyze financial performance, cost trends, and profitability.
• Oversee AP & AR functions, ensuring accuracy and timelines.
• Monitor cash flow and treasury management, bank reconciliations, and banking relationships.
