Responsibilities

Manage general ledger activities and ensure timely month-end and year-end closings.
Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Supervise and mentor accounting staff, including AR/AP officers and bookkeepers.
Delegate tasks and review outputs for accuracy and timeliness.
Conduct performance evaluations and support staff development.
