Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field (Non-CPA).
• Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of local tax codes, financial reporting standards, and audit procedures.

Responsabilités

• Manage general ledger activities and ensure timely month-end and year-end closings.
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, including AR/AP officers and bookkeepers.
• Delegate tasks and review outputs for accuracy and timeliness.
• Conduct performance evaluations and support staff development.
