RD8 Builders Corp is seeking a seasoned Accounting Manager to lead our Group of Accountings within the Corporate Shared Services framework. You will oversee financial records, GL, bank reconciliations, disbursements, and collections across multiple entities, while mentoring a high-performing team.

The ideal candidate has at least 10 years in accounting leadership, a Bachelor’s in Accountancy, and CPA is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Direct and mentor the Group of Accountings team (Bank Reconciliation, GL Recon, Disbursement, Collection).
• Oversee monthly/annual close, GL reconciliations, and internal controls.
• Review and authorize disbursements and financial documentation.
• Coordinate with Taxation and Finance groups for reconciliations and close.
• Improve workflows and internal controls for multi-entity expansion.

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned, high-caliber, and people-centric Accounting Manager to lead and direct our Group of Accountings under our Corporate Shared Services framework. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing overall financial record-keeping, general ledger reconciliations, bank reconciliations, disbursements, and collection operations across our multi-entity setup. We need a strong leader who not only ensures absolute accuracy and financial integrity but is also deeply committed to mentoring, coaching, and developing a high-performing accounting team.

Key responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and continuously empower the Group of Accountings team (covering Bank Reconciliation, GL Recon, Disbursement, and Collection units) to foster professional growth and operational efficiency
• Oversee monthly/annual closing of books, general ledger reconciliations, and ensure absolute accuracy in financial records across company affiliates
• Review, validate, and authorize disbursement workflows and financial documentation to maintain strict internal controls
• Ensure timely bank and ledger reconciliations while coordinating closely with the Taxation and Finance groups
• Evaluate, refine, and modernize accounting workflows and internal controls to support multi-entity expansion

About you

• Minimum of 10 years of solid experience in a Managerial / Leadership capacity in Accounting and Financial Operations
• Proven, hands-on experience in managing, coaching, and building strong, cohesive accounting teams
• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) is a distinct advantage
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in construction, heavy equipment/logistics, trading, or multi-entity corporate shared services
• Deep understanding of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS)
• Advanced proficiency in accounting software/ERP systems, and complex financial reconciliations
• High emotional intelligence (EQ), exceptional leadership skills, high integrity, and sharp analytical thinking
