The ideal candidate holds a BSA, CPA, 5–7 years in accounting with 2–3 years in management, and strong Excel and ERP experience. You will influence budgeting, compliance, and audits, guiding strategic financial decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSA) is required.
• CPA certification is strictly required.
• 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience with 2–3 years in a managerial role overseeing multiple branches or units.
• Strong familiarity with major ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks Enterprise) and advanced Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate financial statements, ledgers, and reporting across all branches.

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and experienced General Accounting Manager to oversee the financial operations across our multi-branch organization. In this role, you will lead the accounting team, streamline financial reporting, and leverage your technical expertise to optimize our enterprise systems.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and consolidate financial statements, ledgers, and reporting across all company branches.




• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the accounting staff to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in daily operations.




• Drive the effective use, troubleshooting, and enhancement of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to automate workflows and improve financial data integrity.




• Ensure adherence to local tax regulations, statutory requirements, and internal financial controls; act as the primary liaison for external audits.




• Provide actionable insights, variance analyses, and budgetary forecasts to executive leadership to support strategic business decisions.

About you

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSA).




• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is strictly required.




• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role overseeing multiple branches or business units.




• Strong familiarity with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or QuickBooks Enterprise) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
