Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, 2+ years of accounting experience with supervisory exposure, and proficiency in QuickBooks and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years accounting experience, supervisory preferred.
• CPA is preferred.
• Proficient with QuickBooks and financial reporting.
• Strong internal controls and tax knowledge.
• Discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the company's accounting and finance operations, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Review payroll, vouchers, bank transactions, cash deposits, and reconciliations.
• Lead budgets, financial reports, and management reports.
• Coordinate tax preparation and compliance with external agencies.
• Manage disbursements, asset transactions, and service charge computations.
• Maintain accounting records in QuickBooks and Google Workspace.
• Lead audits and ensure compliance with standards and policies.
• Establish strong financial controls to safeguard assets.
• Provide financial insights to support business planning.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by executives.
