Job summary

Gigatyre Corporation in Davao City, Philippines, is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Staff to join our finance team. You will maintain accounting records, encode transactions, and assist in AP/AR and daily operations.

The ideal candidate holds a BS Accountancy or related degree with 1–2 years of accounting experience and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills. You will work independently and as part of a team to ensure accurate financial reporting and timely processing.

Qualifications

• Degree in BS Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related field.
• 1–2 years of accounting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accounting records and documents.
• Encode and verify accounting transactions.
• Assist in AP/AR and payment processing.
• Reconcile accounts and supporting documents.
• Prepare reports and schedules as assigned.
• Monitor invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
• Assist the Accounting/Finance team in daily operations.
• Perform other accounting-related tasks assigned by management.
