Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an Accounting Staff to handle end-to-end accounting tasks from transactional entries to financial statements using cloud technologies.

You will manage AP/AR, inventory analysis, payroll processing, month-end close, and prepare monthly financial reports, bank and GL reconciliations. You will also document processes and guide junior staff, while proactively identifying risks and contributing to client calls.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in BPO.
• Bachelor's/College degree in Finance or Accounting.
• CPA license preferred; Big 4 experience a plus.

• Accounts Payable processing

• Inventory analysis
• Monthly Payroll run and accounting
• Completion of Month End journals and closing adjustments
• Preparation and completion of monthly financial reports
• Bank and GL Reconciliations
• Actively participates during client calls
• Identify significant risks and able to analyze and document in a technical memo
• Able to guide and review entry-level staff work
• Drafts process documentation
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
