Job summary

Proseso Consulting is seeking an Accounting Associate to join our growing team in the Philippines. You will handle client portfolios, maintain ledgers, and support monthly close under supervision.

Fresh graduates are welcome; strong English communication and proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite are essential. Attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision will help you succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and/or Accountancy.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft and/or Google Suite.
• Detail oriented and highly organized.
• Can work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English.

Responsibilities

• In charge of overall outputs and client relationship for the assigned client portfolio
• Respect accounting policies and procedures in line with internal requirements and client requirements
• Using cloud-based accounting software, manage the general ledgers including journal entries, accounts payables, receivables, payroll, depreciation/amortization, etc.
• Manage month/quarter/year-end closing, bank reconciliation, and prepare clients’ financial reports
• Preparation of tax filings and reports in compliance with BIR and statutory agencies
