The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, excellent knowledge of accounting principles, and the ability to maintain compliance with company policies and financial regulations. On-site position in San Juan, Philippines, with 3-5 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of accounting supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
• Ability to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the daily activities of the accounting team.
• Review and monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger transactions.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Monitor compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and provide required documentation.
• Review journal entries and financial records for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency and internal controls.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate accounting staff performance.
• Support management with financial analysis and decision-making reports.
