Stfrancis in Manila is seeking a finance professional to oversee financial reporting, ensure accuracy of records, and support management with timely, compliant statements across internal and external stakeholders.

The role covers bank reconciliations, cash management, and preparation of reports required by management and regulatory bodies such as BIR and SEC. Strong attention to detail and knowledge of accounting standards are essential.

Responsabilités

• Ensure timely release and presentation of financial reports to stakeholders (management and government agencies such as BIR, SEC, SSS, HDMF).
• Assist in maximizing working capital and cash.
• Ensure all accounts are updated.
• Assist in preparing reports needed by management.
• Prepare financial reports.
• Support financial management activities.
• Ensure reports comply with accounting standards.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Manage cash investments (short/long term).
• Track due to/from related parties.
• Manage prepayments and other current assets.
• Handle deposits and deferred tax assets.
• Oversee investment properties.
• Manage property and equipment.
• Manage investments in shares of stock.
• Oversee investment in subsidiaries.
• Ensure compliance with government agencies (BIR income tax, EWT, VAT, WHT, others).
• Review transactions before posting from all source documents.
• Post transactions each cut-off period.
• Update permanent files for deposit documents.
• Update permanent files - ITR, FS received by SEC, GIS, AOI and by laws.
• File and safekeep year-end working papers.
