Hunt St Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Accountant focused on Australian accounting, to join our remote contractor team based in the Philippines. The role supports ecommerce and retail clients, handling general accounting tasks and ensuring accuracy across multiple entities.

The position is a full-time, exclusive engagement working remotely with AU business hours in mind, while offering contractor flexibility and independence.

Qualifications

• Senior accountant with AU accounting experience preferred.
• Experience supporting international clients remotely.
• Must be Philippines-based for this remote role.
• Available for full-time exclusive engagement.

Responsibilities

• Perform multi-entity reconciliations across varied systems.
• Manage AP inbox and supplier documents.
• Oversee AP batch payments and supplier setups.
• Support payroll calculations and disbursement.
• Provide end-to-end general accounting support.
• Take ownership of assigned client accounts.
• Adapt quickly to new clients and systems.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Communicate accounting requirements with clients.
• Work independently with consistent communication.
