The Senior Accountant will lead reconciliations, assist with audits, and provide guidance to junior staff, leveraging systems like QuickBooks Desktop, Ramp, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience or in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end close procedures and prepare monthly financial statements.
• Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Review inventory reconciliations and tax computations.
• Provide day-to-day accounting guidance to junior staff and assist with audits.
• Utilize QuickBooks Desktop, Ramp and Excel for reporting.
