Job summary

Booth & Partners in the Philippines is seeking an Accountant (Multi-Entity) to join our Accounting Department. The role supports financial reporting across entities and strengthens internal controls.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in accounting and at least 3 years of hands-on experience, with strong QuickBooks skills and GAAP knowledge.

You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate month-end close and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in accounting or similar role.
• Technical: Proficiency in QuickBooks and GAAP knowledge.
• Soft: Strong attention to detail and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Financial Record Maintenance: Manage AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and GL entries.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Cash Flows.
• Closing Procedures: Support month-end and year-end close with reconciliations and journal entries.
• Analysis & Compliance: Monitor performance, provide actionable recommendations, ensure GAAP adherence.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with departments to ensure reporting accuracy.
