Ensure compliance with international VAT/GST regulations and reporting requirements.
Oversee accurate revenue recognition in accordance with accounting standards.
Prepare and review tax filings and related financial reports.
Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Technology, and Customer Support teams to align financial operations with company policies.
Support internal and external audits as required.
Assist in process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial workflows.
Occasionally travel internationally to support business needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
3–5 years of professional accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of global VAT/GST systems and tax regulations related to digital goods and services.
Familiarity with bank and credit card processing, payment gateways, and fraud prevention measures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics or Exact accounting software.
Advanced Excel skills; experience with reporting tools such as Looker, Power BI, or SQL is an advantage.
