Qualifications

• Experience preparing journal entries and maintaining the general ledger.
• Experience designing and supporting SOX controls.
• Knowledge of GAAP and regulatory compliance requirements.

• Strong technical research and reconciliation skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of financial activity in GAAP and SOX contexts.
• Create internal/external financial performance reports.
• Support month/quarter/year-end closing activities including FX, cash, and tax.
• Ensure documentation meets regulatory requirements.
• Participate in and lead cross-functional meetings.
• Prepare and present reports to management.
• Research accounting issues and propose alternatives.
• Utilize advanced operating systems for accounting tasks.
• Prepare audit materials for auditors and executives.
