Zusammenfassung

Elevated Food Recipe Inc. in Metro Manila seeks an experienced Accountant to manage financial records, payroll, and tax compliance. The role covers general accounting, PO and invoicing, banking, and regular reporting.

You will collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams, ensure adherence to accounting standards, and support external auditors as needed. A strong communication skill set in English and Tagalog is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Accounting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication (English/Tagalog).
• Able to engage with Executive and Senior Management and establish collaborative relationships.
• Proactive and a good team player.
• Relevant experience in F&B or Hospitality is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and analyses as needed.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Process purchase orders and sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Verify pricing, quantities, and terms for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare checks for payments to vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
• Review supporting documents and approvals for payment processing.
• Record transactions accurately in the accounting system.
• Manage banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and process payroll accurately, including taxes, benefits, and deductions.
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and reporting requirements.
• Assist in tax planning and compliance, including filing of tax returns.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.
• Work with external auditors and tax authorities as necessary.
