Job summary

A leading hospitality corporation is seeking an experienced finance professional in Muntinlupa to ensure compliance with Philippine Accounting Standards and manage financial records. This role involves preparing journal entries, completing month-end closing procedures, and validating payment processes. Candidates should hold a BS in Accountancy, have at least 1 year of experience, and preferably have a background in hospitality or BPO organizations. Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or Accounting related course.
• At least 1 year of accounting experience.
• Experience with a Hospitality/BPO/shared service organization preferred.
• Knowledge in using an ERP system or any accounting system for medium to large-sized companies.
• Experience in external audit or local statutory reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Philippine Accounting Standards.
• Complete financial deliverables on time (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Prepare journal entries and accruals.
• Validate issuance of Official Receipts against taxation standards.
• Attend meetings on behalf of the SERVICE LEADER or SERVICE MANAGER.
