Qualifications

• Graduate of Accounting, Finance, or a related course.
• Experience in accounting/bookkeeping or a related role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with spreadsheets and financial data.
• Can prepare a basic Profit & Loss (P&L) Statement.
• Experience in filing BIR compliance and tax-related documents.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial documentation.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Pateros & BGC.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize accounting and financial records
• Assist in preparing basic financial reports, including Profit & Loss Statements
• Handle and monitor accounting documents and transactions
• Assist with BIR filings and compliance requirements
• Prepare and maintain Excel-based reports and trackers
• Assist in reconciliation and verification of financial records
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding accounting and documentation requirements
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned
