Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Finance Manager to join the Client Finance Team, collaborating with the account team, the client, corporate finance, and leadership on financial strategy and performance.

The Finance Manager will implement financial processes, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and manage reporting to help operations understand and optimize their financials to meet budgets and targets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, controllership, or related roles.
• Experience partnering with customers and acting as a business partner.
• Budgeting experience.
• Financial modelling experience.
• Experience with invoices and purchase orders.

The Finance Manager will manage and complete various reporting requirements and be part of the team that helps operations understand and manage their financials to achieve budgets and targets.

• Manage and complete monthly, quarterly, an annual reporting including variance analysis
• Coordinate with corporate finance and manage and understand C&W Services P&L
• Work together with the rest of the high performing client team on both client and corporate requirements.
• Track financial contractual requirements.

About You

• 8+ years related professional experience – FP&A, controllership, operations support, and/or public accounting
• Experience working with customers and being a business partner, much more than closing the books
• Budgeting experience
• Financial modelling experience required.
• Experience with invoices and PO’s
