Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, schedules, accounting records, and supporting documents.
• Monitor daily accounting transactions, journal entries, general ledger activity, and financial records.
• Handle month-end and year-end closing, reconciliations, and adjusting entries.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
• Monitor budgets, company expenses, cash flow, and financial planning requirements.
• Ensure proper recording of payroll-related accounting entries and coordinate with HR when needed.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine tax requirements, government regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, government agencies, vendors, and other external parties when required.
• Review accounting documents for accuracy, completeness, authorization, and proper supporting records.
• Help maintain proper internal controls and financial procedures.

• Strong experience in financial reporting, general ledger management, account reconciliation, and month-end/year-end closing.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine taxation and government compliance requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Experience with accounting or ERP software is an advantage.Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and financial-review skills.
• Highly accurate, detail-oriented, and trustworthy in handling confidential information.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and communicate clearly with management and external parties.
